The 6th pair showed up today all alone in a big bubble envelope. Go
figure!

Overall, my experience with Zenni has been really good, if a little
slow and frustrating due to lack of communication.

In my experience, if you want to talk to someone (which is better than
email, according to their site), it's best to call them right when
they open (or shortly thereafter), which is 9 a.m. Pacific time.

Currently, my biggest problem with Zenni is just that their stock can
come and go so quickly. This isn't so bad except that I saw a pair of
glasses my mom would have loved, didn't order them in time and *poof*
they're gone. Not really an issue, just a bummer. :-\
