That's a 2.5mm difference, between your measurements and theirs. Given the
strength of your prescription, that's significant enough to worry
about...get a second opinion.
If I were in your position, I would go to my local WalMart/Sams/CostCo and
ask the guys there to measure it for me. That way you could get an accurate
measurement, and confirmation that one of those 2 measurements is correct.
