The numbers you get ought to be close, but they may not be identical.
Tolerances, alignments, etc...  We can tolerate a small error in the
PD...some sites say up to 1.5mm.  But, the stronger the prescription, the
more important precision becomes.

It's not like your prescription is *that* strong...but precision never
hurts.  :-)
