Zenni Optical.com SUCKS - BUYER BEWARE!
Very Similar story...I ordered my glasses late December. Called after
three weeks - initially I was given some nonsense about an FDA
inspection.....two days later I was told that customs are blocking all
shipments. When I asked as to when I can expect my glasses  - response
"its up to the US government"
This week I tried again ---first two days it was impossible to get
through on the phone and the web site was down.
Yesterday I was told that the "inventory system was not working" so
they can't tell me anything about my order.....
When I asked to speak with a supervisor- he rudely informed me that I
can get 50% back (on an order I never received)...
I will be contacting both the BBB and Visa to hold my payment
tomorrow.
This company sucks - be warned!!!!
