To be fair to them, they can't do a whole lot if their shipments end up stuck in Customs. I sort of see that as a slight risk when I order from them.
The last time this happened people reported that eventually they made good and delivered products about 1.5 months out. I have 3 pairs from them, and they are all decent quality. I am in no big hurry for the last pair I ordered, since I only paid about 27$ total for them, its worth the slight delay due to customs. If you need your glasses *now* then don't use Zenni, otherwise, I think they are fine.
