I think this "customs delay" response from Zenni is a load of crap. I've ordered PC components from Hong Kong in the past several months that have all gotten here (NYC area) in 10 days or less. I suspect that the vast majority of orders are clearing customs and serious defects are found when they pack the shipments for delivery necessitating a re-make or a leading on of the customer until he gives up and goes away with his tail between his legs. Has anyone HOT gotten an order from Zenni after they were strung along for a "customs delay"?
