In my experience, this is something new. They're having shipping
problems...that's a given. And, their bulk orders are being delayed, so
they're trying individual shipping methods.
In my mind, this bodes well. They voluntarily fessed up to the problem, and
volunteered to remake the glasses at their own expense.
Sounds like they're raising their game.
