I couldn't agree more. I imagine remaking an entire shipment must be extremlely costly for them. This news about them shipping an order through DHL is something new for them. Personally, I wouldn't mind paying a reasonably higher shipping fee if they switch to using a more reliable method.
If they ever get this worked out, maybe we should write them about making some improvements to their customer service call center also. Then they really *would* be number one in online glasses.
