I ordered 3/14 and it left Hong Kong 3/30, I received them from DHL (signature required) on 4/5. Four pairs of glasses for $95, one of them no-line bifocals. All of them are perfect, the bifocals are better than my $280 Kenneth Cole's that I have repeatedly taken in because of a sweet spot on the lens (which was never resolved).
I don't care how long I wait for them to deliver, I will keep ordering from them. For all I know, private optometrists order their lenses from China, that's why we have all waited 4-5 weeks to get our glasses from a U.S. retailer. We've all been there, right?
