OK: today my glasses arrived: ordered Feb 22, arrived May 2. This is a total of 69 days from the time I ordered them (and they collected payment) to the date the glasses arrived. They were shipped on April 20 from Hong Kong, and arrived 12 days later. I think they had a problem with my order. There is a customer ticket system for corresponding with them, and they are responsive if you use that. They were contrite about how long the order took, and they sent a 10% discount coupon for repeat orders. The prescription was fine.

The glasses are labeled Eye-Tech Design Optique Germany. Opticalchic's strong point is that they really do have some interesting frames that you will not find elsewhere. Check them out and look at the Blog section of the site for a view of the new glasses. But don't order from them if you need the glasses immediately.
