Hi,

I hope you have now received your classes. This is the first time I've
ordered from opticalchic, in the past I've
used googles4u and had no problems (They were efficient and responsive
- turnaround about 15 days) From the opticalchic site I noticed
there was a more interesting range of frames so I decided splash out
on some memory titaniums. I placed my order on the 26th April. After a
month still no news. I sent an email to [email protected] (27th May
2009) absolutley no response then on 29th I tried making a request
with there online helpdesk. Unfortunately zero response apart from the
automated email response.

For me six weeks is a bit to long especially without any news. From
the forum I can see Opticalchic are Sloooooooooow
The helpdesk is haphazard, but theyeventually seem to come good.

Has anyone else ordered from opticalchic and never received their
glasses? Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.
