On April 13th I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Goggles4U. My
prescription is fairly simple - OD -7.75, OS -6.50, PD is 57. The
sunglasses arrived on May 1st and the prescription was so off that I
couldn't focus when looking through them, they're much too sharp. When
comparing my usual pair up to the sunglasses, the lenses in the latter
are 5mm thicker near the nose [and these are the same density
polycarbonate]. So I e-mailed the company asking if I could send them
back for replacement lenses. They asked for a scan of my prescription,
which makes sense, and agreed that the lenses were made wrong. However
they didn't want the glasses back and told me to choose other frames
on the site, as the originals were discontinued.

I chose a second set of frames and placed that order on May 4th. I
received them yesterday, May 19th, and the lenses are exactly the same
as the first pair. They are identically wrong. I e-mailed Goggles4U
telling them and they replied that I needed to see an eye doctor for a
new prescription. I replied that I have several other pairs of glasses
with this exact prescription so I know it to be correct, and that I
will not order any glasses from them in the future.

So, I'm going back to old reliable EyeglassDirect, as the glasses I've
received from them have always been perfect.
