Oops, I just went back and reread your post. Reading glasses need a
little math. Single vision *distance* are even easier.
You just drop the ADD (reading part) from the prescription, and order
them with your regular PD value.
Same example prescription:
SPH: 1.00
CYL: 0.50
AXIS: 75
ADD: +2.00
This translates into:
SPH: 1.00
CYL: 0.50
AXIS: 75
ADD: 0
