Thanks for the repsonses.

As to my Rx not being "complete", I should have added that was in
reference to not having a PD measurement. Initially, I was going to do
a quick and dirty measurement using the mirror like Ira described.
Then I saw Chuck's posts about the importance of having the near/mono
PD measurements for progressive lens. That was substantiated a bit by
the B&M optical shops I visited and there refusal to cut new lenses of
my choosing for my existing frames.

I'll also add that I really don't *need* progressives. I only need
single vision lenses for driving and watching TV. I'm just a little
inconvenienced but having to take off my glasses when reading or using
the computer.
