UPDATE: I received calls from both the store manager and the regional manager. They said they were sorry but could not sell me the lens that I want for the price that was quoted. They kept trying to encourage me to go into their store and talk to the manager and they claim to want my business. They have offered me a 10% discount off my out of pocket purchase price. I told them that really was an insult...so, the price they quoted later was around $500.00, so I would get $50.00 off that....or they said I could go with their AVP lens...he claimed that it is almost exactly like the Verilux physio 360 but not the same brand and the cost would be probably around $350- $400. Not sure if I really want to go that route either. Still trying to find the best deal. The frames that I like are the D&G dd5028 or the Takumi T9692 (which they don't carry.) I don't think I really want to do business with them...Plus, I think the EyeMed Vision insurance is a crock...
