My sunglasses from Zenni came out just perfect-- good frames,
excellent optical quality (better than my daily wear glasses), and
nice looking. I got a plastic frame (style #2227) with 80% green tint
lenses in normal 1.57 index plastic.

The lens tint is a nice match for the green frame material.

My prescription is similarly strong to yours, but features a lot of
astigmatism (-5.25 sphere, -4.25 cylinder in my weak eye). Those
shades cost me $22 including a $9 surcharge for high-power lenses, but
not including shipping. I liked the shades so much, I ordered a clear
pair to use in the workshop. Those were only $17 without the tint!

They used a really flat base curve, which looks great with dark tinted
lenses.

If I were you, I'd avoid polycarbonate lenses. Your 'script is
strong, and PC has terrible optical qualities. If you're not
committed to high-index lenses, CR-39 acrylic and normal crown glass
are both vastly superior to polycarbonate.
