FYI, for anyone that may be reading this, I finally had a chance to
call 39dg today, and they were much more cordial and helpful over the
phone than contacting them online. As soon as I told them the issue
they offered to send a prepaid label for returning the glasses. I
suppose they will be replacing the lenses in the glasses I send back,
so I'm not sure how long it will take to get the right order.
So anyone who has any issues with them, try to make the time to call
during the week, you might get a better response that way.
