Placed an order on July 9, 2009. Got an email saying they would ship in 2-4 business days. By July 16 I had heard nothing. When I went to the site and logged into my account, it said "your glasses failed inspection. New ship date is July 21."
When July 21 came and went, I attempted to contact the company by phone, email with no response. Even the site's live chat feature said "no operators are available." On July 29 I finally reached a chat operator who said "your glasses are being tinted and will ship tomorrow." Every few days I would try again and got the same response "your glasses are being tinted and will ship tomorrow.." Finally, today, August 5, I was told "your glasses will ship today" - I said no thanks, please cancel my order. They said "ok." It will be interesting to see whether they credit my credit card account or I have to dispute the charge.
