In my case, order from Zenni took about a week and half.
39dollars took about the same.
If you order very simple lens, I think you will get your glasses in a
reasonable time.
However, if you order one with special features like mirror coating,
or special lens like transition, progressive, looks like it takes
forever.

BTW, I had no problem in communicating with 39dollars. They rarely
reply to your email but whenever I get on on-line chat with them they
are always there.
So I don't think 39dollars communication is that bad after all.
