One thing that seems clear (with very rare exceptions), is that nearly all the online places outright lie about how long it will take to process your order. If one reads these boards they'll learn very quickly this is the case and actual wait times are about three weeks. If this information was much more clear to customers prior to placing their order, it might lose a few but gain more overall satisfaction.
