It should be possible to just turn a pair of standard progressives at
90 degrees and make a pair like you want, but I doubt they would work
well.  They're just not designed for movement in the horizontal plane.

The "active" part of the lens is shaped like an hourglass in most PAL
lenses, and might cause disorientation.  Having said that, it MAY work
for you.

You might contact one (or more) of the online places and see if they
can be made this way.  As cheap as glasses can be, online, there's no
reason not to try.  It would definitely need in-person contact,
though...it's not a standard order.
