Nobody seems to be jumping on this one, so I will make an effort to
help.
(Please, anyone, jump on MY incorrect guesses)

First... invest in a metric ruler if you don't have one already so you
can compare the online measurements with what you have. I have always
called the rulers/scales "truth sticks" in the engineering world I
work in.

I believe the 135 is the length of the earpieces, NOT the "width".
Usually you have a little bit of wiggle room on that length. Check to
see if the glasses arms seem on the long or short side already. You
might be able to go up or down 5mm on that number, and maybe more if
you are brave enough to use some of the earpiece bending tricks from
this forum.

20 usually refers to the bridge of the nose gap between lens. 20
sounds large. You might need large. But if the bridge area of your
nose isn't wide, you might be able to go a bit smaller there too. 20
could be the height of your lens, but thats pretty narrow, so once
again the truth stick is needed to check which measurement that is
referrng to.

50 is usually about the width of EACH lens. I think 50 is pretty much
a wide panorama lens in my opinion. You might need or want that wide
to fit your head or get the sweeping views, but you might be able to
go narrower.

For width, use the truth stick to measure the outside dimension of the
entire glasses at the hinge. Compare that with the online dimensions
and ponder what going wider or narrower could mean for the look and
where your pupils end up relative to the frames. (not to be confused
with the pupillary distance, which the online sources will match in
any frame)

I have been using the "try on" feature on EyeBuyDirect combined with
the Truth Stick to check dimensions and its worked out well so far.
