My wife and I have bought several from Zenni. We both like them a
lot.

Reading area is fine; intermediate area is a problem for me. But then,
because of my prescription, it's always been a problem, with either
store bought progressives or online bought ones. My wife says she
doesn't have this problem.

Zenni sets the seg height the same for every progressive. It's more a
matter of adjusting the glasses to fit onto your face properly. I'm
not sure if other online stores allow you to specify seg height.

No, Zenni doesn't have that, but some stores have an upgrade option.

Yes, the progressives I've bought from Zenni are at least as good as
my store bought ones.
My advice would echo what others have said--get a lens sized as large
as your fashion sense will allow. I've had two sets of rimless
progressives from Zenni using the same frame. The second set had the
same shape lens but it was 2 mm larger in height. It produced a
slightly larger reading and intermediate zone but I like the looks of
the smaller lens when I look in the mirror.
