I absolutely agree when Powrap says "get a lens sized as large as your
fashion sense will allow."

I just received my second set of progressives from Zenni today. I
love my first pair - they are very similar to a pair I paid $450 for
over 10 years ago - and that was after insurance. They are 32mm in
height and I do have trouble with the mid-vision area.

Today's glasses are 38mm in height and I absolutely love them. In
fact, I'm wearing them as I type, in almost perfect comfort. The mid-
range still isn't perfect, but I don't think it ever will be. But at
least I can use these to shop on my computer and watch TV at the same
time - a first.

Like Powrap, I like the smaller frames personally, but my new big
glasses are getting raves from my friends - they are comparing me to
Sophia Loren and Gina Lollobrigida - yeah we're all old, but we do
have fun...

So I guess I've found my sweet spot with the 38mm height/15mm bridge.
The only problem is that those measurements are so few and far between
- but over time, I'm sure I'll find some more frames I love. After
all, I've already got two pairs of progressives and a pair of computer
glasses, with a pair of reading glasses on order. And I'm the woman
who couldn't even afford one pair of glasses two months ago, before I
found Zenni - so I'm a ~very~ happy camper!
