That really is a very minor problem. Considering how much money you probably saved ordering glasses online vs. ordering them from a local optician, I'd just wear them as is, or put tape around the end if it's uncomfortable.
It isn't worth returning the glasses just because the plastic sleeve is missing on the end of the temple arm.
