While I agree that the problem is trivial, it shouldn't have happened.
If there is *any* QC process at all, then that missing part should
have been caught. It's too blatantly obvious.
You might ask if the appropriate plastic sleeve could be sent to you.
They come off, easily...I've had dispensaries trim the metal arm, and
reinstall the plastic end, on several pairs of glasses. Apparently my
ears are not only different heights, but in completely different
places on my head.
Other than that defect, are the glasses acceptable? How's the prescription?
