Several of the vendors can do prescriptions at that strength...it's
not a challenge.

The rule of thumb we use for prescriptions that high is to keep the
lenses as small as possible, and preferably as round as
possible...this minimizes the differences in edge thickness, and tends
to produce the thinnest lenses.

So let's start with this question.  What do you consider stylish?
