Hello there, I have a very light prescription. It is -0.5 in just one eye. My doctor here says that I should keep glasses everyday even on reading (which I do fine without glasses). As he sells glasses on his clinic, I wonder is it advisable to keep glasses in my case?
If some optometrist reads my post :) I would gladly take his advice. Thnx guys
