This was my very first time ordering anything as important as glasses online. I didn't like the selection of frames on the 39dollarglasses web site so I bought my frames locally and sent them to to 39dollarglasses to have lens placed in them. Through delivery confirmation I know 39dollar received them on 6 Jan 2010 but I have yet hear anything from 39dollar. Checking order status tells me my order was due to be shipped out to me on the 20th of Jan. however, the "check list" directly under my order status tells me my glasses are still being process (in the assembly stage). So...
No email (even automated) saying they received my order. No email confirming shipping date. Nothing. So now starts the emails and phone calls. Which I do not enjoy doing. It always amazes me how fast businesses take your money and how slow they are to deliver!
