I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Zenni a few weeks ago (they arrived 12 days later). The day after placing the order, I received a strange phone call from Citibank's fraud alert service saying they detected unusual activity on my account, and asked me to verify that I had actually made that purchase. Today I bought another pair, and a couple of hours later got another automated phone call from Citi. Has anyone encountered this before? Anyone have any idea why that would happen?
