I dont think this is a good approach.  I think the fit of the frame on
the face should be to optimize the general fit, and how it LOOKS ie
whether it is at the right place cosmetically in relation to the brow
line, and whether the frame is comfortable.  I think to adjust the
nosepad fit to make up for a problem with the seg height is a bad
idea.   Another reason I think this approach is a bad idea is that
most plastic frames have no nosepads to adjust, so this approach isnt
viable with most plastic frames.  I dont mean to be unduly negative,
but i just dont think this solution is the best one.
