Cylinder can be written as either a positive or a negative value...the
resulting + and - values must result in axis values separated by 90 degrees.

Talk to your doctor...see if it can be rewritten as a different combination
of values.  Negative value is the industry standard, but sometimes the
numbers can be massaged, a bit, to fit into the necessary blanks.

We had a fairly long discussion about it, in the last year or two I
believe.  We had an eye doctor explain how to do the conversion, and why the
axis had to be adjusted 90 degrees.

It might be of some help to you...maybe it can be rewritten to use standard
blanks?

If I'm not mistaken, the equivalent correction would have a stronger sphere
and a *much* weaker cylinder, resulting in the same correction.
