First of all, thanks to Ira for getting this going. I had no idea how much I was getting ripped by Luxottica. After going back and looking at my last claim (to Eye Med...), a big giant light came on when the current comparison math (off the net) simply was nowhere in the ballpark w/Lenscrafters charges! ...etc...
I'm getting close to an online purchase and am worried that I'll not receive the lenses I order over the net. How can I verify I have recieved the brand & model lenses I have ordered? There's alot of sleezebag net-merchants out there (anyone ever look into those cheap DSLR camera sites) and I don't doubt those sorts of folks troll in this optical world as well... While on the subject, which poly/progressive lenses (brands? models?) are the best value for performance? I have what seems to be considered a light Rx...
