Hi Alex, First of all. You tell that they "added" prisms to your glasses. Didnt you have an special examination for that? Didnt your doctor talk to you about that? Having prisms put in your prescription is only possible after a special examination and is adviced if you'v got very specific complaints with sight or for instance Meniere's disease or vertigo. Getting used to prism glasses will reallly take some time. For instance, one should start with them first thing in the morning, sitting and just looking around. One really has to get used to them. It also depends how you wear your glasses. A tiny bent in the frame will change all! Really I would go back to the shop and have them check you out if all is well. Maybee they swapped the R and L glasses around.....
