Just got an email saying they will only refund me once I ship them back the incorrect lenses (apparently on my own dime?). Seeing as both sets of lenses are wrong, I'm not even sure which ones they want. This is ridiculous. I left the lenses and frames with my eye doctor, as he's going to play around with them and see if it would be possible to flip the lenses back the correct way (as they mixed my O.D. and O.S. spherical). He didn't think he would be able to, but said he'd experiment. I am not paying money to get a refund.
