I think you should get a full refund on the glasses. You can always tell them you want a refund, ship them back and if they don't give you a refund, you can contest it on your credit card. That may be the only way to get anything back.
I've bought online glasses from 39dollarglasses.com, eyebuydirect.com, and glassesusa.com and have had pretty good experiences with all of them. One of those companies might be better to deal with than this company.
