This is just getting more priceless by the moment. My jaw hit the
floor when I saw their latest email. Here's the offer:

"How about we refunding you $4.95 for the cost of the lenses.
And you keep the glasses."

Oh boy! I get to keep a pair of useless glasses they messed up on
TWICE, AND a $4.95 refund!

I have little faith in this company anymore. Their customer service is
absurd.
