Yes you can! My strongest lens is a -3.50 and I get them no problem. You will need your pupillary distance if you don't have it already. Glassyeyes and just about every online glasses site gives you instructions on how to get it if your eye doctor's office won't give it to you. I've bought single vision glasses from 39dollarglasses.com, eyebuydirect.com, and glassesusa.com and they all turned out great. There are some things you'll need to learn about sizing and so forth, but Glassyeyes.com has the info. Once you've done this, give it a try and you will save money and won't be dissapointed.
