You'll also need your pupillary distance (aka PD), which is usually

You'll want to check glasses you like for various measurements so you
have an idea of what size glasses you want. While I like cat-eye
shaped frames, a lot of them are made for women with small heads and
small faces, so the glasses wind up looking very silly on me, and not
being comfortable. Again, measurements are in millimeters. The height
of the lens, the width of the lens, the width of the bridge, overall
width of the frame, and length of the temple are the usual
measurements.
