Hi Guys, Can't seem to find a UK equivelent to this site so thought I'd ask on here!
I ordered a pair of glasses from www.specsandglasses.com on 30th November 2010. I have emailed them countless times and left messages every week but STILL haven't recieved my glasses. I had one phone call from them before Christmas promising me I would receive them on the 23rd Dec but now I can't get hold of them. I'm at a complete loss as to whether they are cowboys and my money has gone forever or whether they are (literally) snowed under with work. Still doesn't excuse the shoddy customer service though. I need my glasses for everything so at the moment I am coping with an old pair that are scratched beyond belief.
