Thanks for that Chuck, and I apologise for the cowboy comment ;-) Your search came up with far more than mine did. Interestingly, the guy who rang me before Christmas said he was called Darren so sounds like that might be the guy you mentioned above.
Their 0800 number has now been cut off so I reckon I probably won't see my money or my glasses (won't see much at all then!!) from them in a hurry. They're web page is still up though so I shall keep on trying. Will keep you updated!
