I ordered a pair of progressive glasses from eyebuydirect and when entereing my RX it asked if I had two pd measurments right and left. which I did. Both were the same R29 & L29, however looking at my order they have listed PD's Right=29 & Left =29, but then list near PD =59 I am baffled as to where they came up with near PD= 59 number. Is there some calculation that they use to do that? I would think it would be the sum of the two or PD=58.
