Hi guys, I am thinking about finally making the plunge and buying glasses online. I have decided to go with either eyebuydirect or 39dollarglasses... Now, I got my prescription done and the person doing it said I have small astigmatism in one eye - he put down -0.50 at 10 degrees for my astigmatism. Otherwise - my overall power had not changed - still -1.25 for both eyes. I am wondering - should I even bother requesting glasses with that astigmatism correction? Is it really small? The reason why I am cautious is because the doctor did not seem very sure and these things are a bit subjective anyway. My current glasses have just plain -1.25 and they seem to work fine for me... Another reason why I am cautious is because I ordered as a try a cheap-ass pair from goggles4u with the correct prescriptions and when they came and I tried them on - they were uncomfortable to look through. I think they were also kind of made like crap, but still they felt weird and it was like it took my eyes longer to be able to switch focus...
