I had a problem with 39DollarGlasses recently. I ordered progressive
lenses with reflective coating which I never received. I was told
they failed inspection three times. Since I paid by check (which was
inexplicably never cashed), I cancelled the order. They did send me a
refund check (after I stopped payment on the original check) which I
returned to them.
