Thanks. My contract with Plusnet is cheap, but they want me to transfer my phone to EE VOIP which requires use of a BT analogue modem instead of my own modem, and appears expensive compared to other VOIP/SIP providers. My FTTC data rate will continue to vary with weather and groundwater conditions until BT decide to offer a new standard duct and FTTP, there are no alternative FTTP offers, and I can't dig up the pavement. -- Chris Bell www.chrisbell.org.uk -- GLLUG mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.lug.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/gllug
