Thanks. My contract with Plusnet is cheap, but they want me to transfer my 
phone to EE VOIP which requires use of a BT analogue modem instead of my own 
modem, and appears expensive compared to other VOIP/SIP providers. My FTTC 
data rate will continue to vary with weather and groundwater conditions until 
BT decide to offer a new standard duct and FTTP, there are no alternative FTTP 
offers, and I can't dig up the pavement.
