I am using the new alpha23 win32 release on Windows 2000. I used the .exe installer. I'm inclined to think it was something screwy with my machine, though, since renaming the original file from "icon.ico" to "glob2.ico" also worked, and renaming it back to "icon.ico" broke it again. The unwanted icon I was seeing is from another application which uses the filename " icon.ico". I can't imagine why these would collide, but I guess that's Windows for you!

I am still not aware what the problem is as it works on both Windows XP computers I own with no problems. Are you using the alpha23 win32 release?
