Windows 2000 is known for lots of bugs :P The path in the exe points to the exact location of icon.ico, but for the future, I will name it glob2.ico (I garentee it will be the only icon on the computer called that) and hopefully that should fix it :D
Sound good? In the mean time (I dont plan on releasing another version since it takes a while to do and I dont have time right this minute), can you just leave it glob2.ico? On 4/20/07, Bob Hoff <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
I am using the new alpha23 win32 release on Windows 2000. I used the .exe installer. I'm inclined to think it was something screwy with my machine, though, since renaming the original file from "icon.ico" to " glob2.ico" also worked, and renaming it back to "icon.ico" broke it again. The unwanted icon I was seeing is from another application which uses the filename "icon.ico". I can't imagine why these would collide, but I guess that's Windows for you!
