I thought the same thing, so I've just tested. They still draw under the fog. So Brad must have meant something else (or fixed it already). >I still think it is better to ship incomplete translations than to leave them out. They will be shipped, but they wont be selectable ingame on the settings screen (you remove them from lists.txt file in data, but leave the .txt translations there. >Yay!
