I am pretty sure that at least one of these points could not have come from a sane judge.
I am very tired of the Gulf-stream-shutdown-causing-European-ice-age nonsense, and I would surely have noticed and regretted if it were the case that "Gore claims global warming could stop the Gulf Stream, causing an ice age in Europe" as asserted in the article you cite.
