I thnk I made some progress on this.   The amended guidance is here:

Looks like all the UK officials did to conform to the judge's ruling
was contrast the films claims with the position in the last IPCC
report.

The 11 objections stated in that article I posted are twisted to the
extent that they seem to reverse the actual position in the IPCC for
some of the cases I checked.
